Quality Control

Transcription

Transcriptions undergo strict quality control stages until they have reached our accepted high standards. During this quality control process, transcriptions first go through the first proofreader, who follows the video alongside the transcription. A second proofreader then ensures accuracy. Finally, a quality check is performed by scanning the document to see if any time codes are out of sequence or if any visuals are out of place.


Staff

At T’NT, we prioritize quality services for our clients. Each of our staff undergoes a rigorous evaluation and training process prior to working for T’NT. Upon passing our initial screening, our new transcribers are typically trained for 90 days. The new staff members then work closely with their supervisor to ensure they meet T’NT’s criteria for quality, accuracy, and speed.
